About – Dangerous Neighbors

Dangerous Neighbors has created artisanal sketch comedy in the Bay Area since 1993 (see our fabulous press clippings!). Led by Bill Burman, a dirtbag sketch comedy writer with a Masters Degree in History who will corner you at a party to explain why the Athenians lost the Peloponnesian War, the Neighbors have tackled everything from America’s gun culture to the cannibalism scandal in the Catholic Church to pornographic funerary urns. As Wallace Baine of the Santa Cruz Sentinel put it “If satire were a weapon, Dangerous Neighbors would be a heavily armed doomsday cult.”
